Led by Alan Clarke, accredited heritage tour guide supported by Linen Biennale volunteer.

This walking tour is an enjoyable way to learn about one of Belfast’s most historic districts and the former heart of the city’s linen industry.

The Linen Quarter boasts some of the city’s most significant historical buildings and its many fine former mercantile warehouses offering a glimpse into Belfast’s glorious past when it once dominated the global linen industry.

This year the Linen Biennale is working in partnership with Belfast Central Business District.

The website will be updated soon with exciting news about showcasing the best in Linen Heritage crafts, makers, products and Linen history in Bedford Street during August and September 2018.
