Programme Submission Guidelines

Submission outline should be no more than 500 words and no more than 2 images.

The exhibition, project or artefacts should be available for view by the public during August, September and Ocotber 2018.  Submissions outside of this time frame may be considered but there is no guarantee that they will be included in the Linen Biennale programme.

The Linen Biennale 2018 is an opportunity for collaborative brand and event promotion through a shared festival.  However, please note there is no additional funding available to successful organisations.

Each successful submission will become part of the integral visitor experience programme both in print and online.

Participating organisation will receive a Linen Biennale Logo and window decal and will be promoted locally, nationally and internationally, they will also receive one free admission to the international Linen Biennale conference 3rd and 4th October 2018 in Lisburn.

All successful submissions will be actively promoted within the Biennale media strategy and on this website.

Deadlines:

Submission outline (500 words limit and 2 images) – 30 December 2017

Successful submissions notified – 31st January 2018

Full submission for programme – 28 February 2018
