An exhibition of archive images and prints illustrating linen production from the late 1700s to early 1900s in Ireland, together with selected linen samples from the collections at NMNI.
This exhibition will be shown alongside the Game of Thrones® tapestry.
In the context of Warp and Weft, the museum will present a programme of gallery demonstrations of embroidery and weaving, showcasing some of the traditional textile skills used to create and embellish linen. More details will be available on the NMNI website.
