Regroup & React
Aug 20th - Oct 24th 2025
Well, the theme may have been more prophetic than intended — after what has been a challenging year for R-Space Gallery, we are finally regrouping to present a small, but still beautiful, programme for Linen Biennale 2025
Things begin next week, August 20th, with our flagship group exhibition Common Threads at the Island Arts Centre, Lisburn. also - don’t foget to get your ticket to ‘The Flax Meithal’ Harvest Gathering Aug 30th & 31st.
We are deeply grateful to our collaborators and partners for their patience and understanding over these past months. Circumstances beyond our control, seasoned with some bad luck, have left our resources thin. But they would be nothing without the passion, goodwill, and support of our community — those who, like us, believe in linen’s remarkable legacy, its value today, and its promise as a sustainable material for the future.
Over the programme we’ll be continuing to make time to have conversations, develop plans, and to listen to people's ideas and suggestions for future work - we can’t wait to talk all things linen with you again soon.
Please bear with us a little longer as we bring the programme information together.
Check back here soon or sign up to our newsletter to be kept in the loop.
